Weapons and Ammunition Act
Under the Weapons and Ammunition Act, the possession of weapons – in some cases without a permit – is criminalized. Weapons include not only firearms such as rifles and pistols but also knives, stun guns, and pepper spray. Possessing a replica weapon is also illegal in the Netherlands under the Weapons and Ammunition Act. Additionally, trading in weapons is prohibited under this law.
Ms. Noordanus has expertise in the criminal provisions of the Weapons and Ammunition Act, enabling her to provide effective assistance during potential court proceedings. Furthermore, if you believe that what you possessed was not a weapon or if it was unjustly seized for some reason, Ms. Noordanus can assist by filing a request for return.
