Mr. Noordanus has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to clients who are suspected of traffic crimes and traffic violations. Traffic crimes may include offenses such as those mentioned in Article 6 of the Road Traffic Act, driving without a valid driver’s license, and leaving the scene of an accident. To graduate from the University, Ms. Noordanus wrote her master’s thesis on traffic law. The title of the thesis was: “Traffic Victims and Lifelong Survivors. Offenders with a Community Service Sentence?” The thesis investigated the legal framework for limiting the imposition of community service sentences for culpable traffic offenses resulting in death or serious injury in light of the establishment, rationale, and framework of the Law on Limitation of Imposing Community Service Sentences, taking into account the legal interests arguing against such legislation.
