Placement under Custodial Supervision (TBS)
The TBS measure is a measure imposed when an adult individual has committed a serious criminal offense and has been declared completely unaccountable.
Once the TBS measure has been imposed, a hearing is held after two years (annually or every two years in the case of a violent offense) to determine whether the TBS measure may be extended. Mr. Noordanus represents clients at such hearings concerning the extension.
