Art. 509hh Criminal Procedure Code (Sv)
A location ban can be imposed on you when you are awaiting your trial and you are suspected of offenses such as assault, threats, domestic violence, or stalking. Such a behavioral instruction can be imposed for a maximum period of 90 days. It is possible to appeal against such a behavioral instruction if you believe there are grounds for it.
