Hard Drugs
Art. 2 Opium Act
If you are suspected of trading or possessing hard drugs, it is advisable to contact a lawyer as soon as possible. Article 2 of the Opium Act criminalizes the cultivation, preparation, processing, sale, delivery, provision, transportation, possession, or manufacture of hard drugs. Often, this criminal offense is charged collectively, meaning that you are suspected of committing the offense together with others. Mr. Noordanus has already assisted many clients in (major) drug cases (with positive outcomes) and can therefore advise and represent you during the trial.
