Appeal
If you disagree with the outcome of your case in first instance (at the trial court), you can appeal the decision within 14 days after this ruling. This must be filed with the court where your case was heard in first instance. You can file this appeal yourself, or you can have a lawyer do it for you. Noordanus Advocatuur also represents clients in appeals and has appeared before every Court of Appeal in the Netherlands (more than once). If you wish for Mr. Noordanus to handle your case on appeal, please contact our office as soon as possible after the verdict in first instance. If the appeal has already been filed, Mr. Noordanus can also take on the case on appeal.
