Art. 509hh Criminal Procedure Code
A contact ban can be imposed on you when you are awaiting your trial and you are suspected of offenses such as assault, threats, domestic violence, or stalking. Such an injunction can initially be imposed for a maximum duration of 90 days. It is possible to appeal against such an injunction if you believe there are grounds to do so.
